FUSE seeks an experienced leader to serve as its first Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Development. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President will lead the development and contracting of new fellowship projects with our current and prospective government partners, while also building a new fundraising team that will help support the organization’s financial self-sufficiency over time.
FUSE seeks an experienced fundraising professional to serve as its first Director of Development. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with others throughout the organization, the Director will significantly expand FUSE’s relationships with national foundations as well as local funders in the various cities in which the program operates.

Reporting to the Vice President of Programs and Communications, the Director of Fellowships will play a lead role in scaling and managing the fellowship program.
FUSE seeks to hire an experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships who will manage a portfolio of major city and county governments that includes both current partners and new prospects. Cultivate relationships through in-person site visits, meetings with civic leaders, engagement with top executives, and collaborations with those responsible for budgeting, procurement, contracting, and legal approval in each local government.
FUSE seeks an experienced Program Manager who will play a lead role in managing the FUSE Executive Fellowship’s learning and capacity-building programming for fellows and government partners. Reporting to the Director of Fellowships, you will manage the design and delivery of FUSE workshops and in-person convenings for fellows and government partners, coordinate professional development opportunities for fellows and government partners to accelerate their impact and effectiveness, as well as other responsibilities.
FUSE is searching for an experienced HR executive to assist in the review and overhaul of the organizational HR processes related to recruiting and hiring fellows. Reporting directly to the President & COO, the Senior HR Consultant will work closely with FUSE leaders, our legal counsel and other partners to ensure FUSE’s compliance with all applicable state and federal requirements.
