If you’re an experienced professional looking for a challenge that engages your personal story and values, and that tangibly improves lives in a community or a social realm, apply to be a FUSE Executive Fellow.
Current Fellowship Opportunities
Our government partners are working to address systemic, institutionalized challenges. Experienced leaders want to leverage their skills for meaningful change. We bring them together through an executive fellowship program that amplifies the capacity of local government to advance racial equity and work better for everyone.
Over 12 months, FUSE Executive Fellows are embedded in local government agencies. Working in partnership with local leaders, they bring new approaches, diverse perspectives, and lift up community-based solutions. To accelerate fellows’ impact, we provide racial equity tools and training and capacity building in change management, human-centered design, government operations, and other important topics.
Fellowship Openings
We are looking for leaders committed to racial equity who have at least 15 years of professional experience; who can tackle complex challenges that require creative problem-solving; and who can work in partnership with community members and a wide array of cross-sector stakeholders.
