ANNA VOLD has extensive experience in organizational development, working with multinational companies around the world in such industries as pharmaceutical, fast-moving consumer goods, manufacturing, IT, and risk management. Her mission is to bring balance and simplicity to organizational development, making sure that strategies create a competitive advantage for businesses. One of her recent projects includes the large-scale design and successful implementation of a revolutionary training and development approach for a Moscow government agency. Anna earned an M.A. in linguistics and cross-cultural communication from Moscow State Pedagogical University and an M.S. in organizational psychology from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
The Los Angeles County Department of Health (DHS) is working to maximize its resources and improve patient care. To this end, FUSE executive fellow Anna Vold is partnering with DHS to assess its return-to-work processes for disabled employees. She is also creating and executing a new return-to-work staffing management model that provides greater efficiencies while ensuring employees’ rights are protected.
