ERICA MEDINA STANULIS works with organizations to help employees work more collaboratively and effectively. She is the founder of the consultancy Follow the Sun and has been a leader in the fields of social responsibility and process improvement, working with clients to solve problems in manufacturing, biotech, and real estate. Erica delivers best practices and solutions from Lean and Six Sigma, while also leveraging her insights as an experienced Ayurveda practitioner to help clients unlock solutions in creative ways.

Project

To help those experiencing homelessness get the critical resources they need to recover, San Francisco is working to improve the delivery of mental health and social services.
