FRANCES ARRICALE, a consultant based in the Greater Los Angeles area, is a government relations executive and attorney who has worked in various sectors on the local, state, national, and international levels. Previously, she worked in the private sector for New York Life Insurance and Entertainment Partners. She served in the public interest as general counsel for international affairs in the New York City Mayor’s Office and as executive director for the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission. She also established nonprofit operations for Global Cities, a program of Bloomberg Philanthropies. Fran earned her B.A. in political science from Fordham University and J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
The Los Angeles County Chief Information Office (CIO) offers high-level data expertise and information-management services to county agencies. To maximize this data’s use, CIO is partnering with FUSE executive fellow Frances Arricale, who is helping develop and launch a sustainable business model for CIO, along with creating and carrying out a brand and marketing campaign to increase awareness of its capabilities.
