HUA WANG is an entrepreneur and former consultant at Accenture, where she focused on claims transformation and process improvement. She founded two startups and studied startup ecosystems in emerging markets, research that was funded by a grant from Duke University’s Asian/Pacific Studies Institute. She has participated in the Boston Consulting Group’s Women’s Leadership Summit and the Impact Center’s Women’s Executive Leadership program. Hua has a BA from Duke University.
To help residents efficiently access the services they need, Washington D.C. plans to improve customer services across its varied agencies. FUSE executive fellow Hua Wang will help implement an integrated approach to customer service and begin the design of a digital platform that simplifies access to these services, transforming the way D.C. employees communicate and improving customer care.
