JANA GOOD is a marketing executive with extensive experience in the healthcare industry, where she focused on engaging consumers in their health. Jana was the first marketing hire at two startups, Solera Health and Omada Health, where she helped build the operations, systems, and teams to drive consumer engagement and meet aggressive revenue targets. Earlier in her career, Jana ran commercial marketing communications for Kaiser Permanente. Jana has an MBA from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley, an M.S. in education from Columbia University, and a B.A. in English from U.C. Berkeley.
Oakland wants its Information Technology Department to become less reactive and more strategic, developing enterprise-wide solutions to issues in order to reduce duplication of services, leverage cost savings, and better integrate data. FUSE executive fellow Jana Good is partnering with Oakland, overseeing the creation of an overarching, citywide technology strategy.
