MICHELLE LEBLANC has spent most of her 20-year career in web and mobile technology, working across a range of industries. She has leveraged her digital expertise at Realtor.com, Edmunds.com, Farmers Insurance, and Honda, among other companies. She has a deep background in digital strategy, including web product management, mobile app development, e-commerce, social media, and content marketing. In addition to her corporate and agency background, she has consulted with numerous small businesses and startups. Michelle earned an MBA in international business from California Lutheran University and a B.A. in psychology and anthropology from the University of Alaska.
The L.A. County Department of Health Services is working to improve access to the safety net of services it offers to county residents, many of whom are low-income. Using strategic marketing and branding, FUSE executive fellow Michelle LeBlanc helped the department communicate more effectively with current and prospective patients about the scope and quality of its offerings.
