Nichelle Toomire

NICHELLE TOOMIRE (2017-18) leverages her years of experience working for Big Four consulting firms to provide solutions and manage projects for a broad base of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, startups, and nonprofit organizations. She is a certified project manager and process expert. Most recently, Nichelle co-led an HR transformation project for a $19 billion Fortune 500 firm that offers integrated infrastructure and support services and has more than 80,000 employees and clients in more than 150 countries. She earned a B.A. from UCLA and an MBA from USC.

Project

The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services wants to improve patient care by better managing its use of contractors, who make up 27 percent of its workforce. FUSE executive fellow Nichelle Toomire helped DSH implement a dashboard that coordinates data about staffing and is used for improved hiring decisions. Read more
