Paul Thallner (2013-14) came to FUSE in 2013 from the Teleos Leadership Institute, a firm that leads companies through complex change. Before joining the firm as a Senior Consultant, Paul was the President of School Performance, an education sector non-profit. Paul oversaw strategic planning, product/service development, fundraising, program quality, and client relationships.
After his fellowship, Paul was a Partner at the Great Place to Work Institute, a data-driven consulting company best known for creating the annual Fortune Magazine 100 Best Places to Work list. Most recently he became a Senior Advisor to Camber Outdoors, an organization focused on accelerating and elevating women’s leadership and participation in the outdoors, from the backcountry to the boardroom.
Paul received a MS in Positive Organizational Development and Change from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He also holds an MA from the College of New Jersey and a BA from Gettysburg College.
