Ray Cheung (2016-17) comes from a two-decade career in international business and governmental cooperation in China’s sustainable development. Ray served as the Executive Director of the US-China Energy Cooperation Program (ECP). Ray has also consulted for the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation on financing clean technology deployment. In addition, Ray led the World Resources Institute’s clean technology business incubator in China and was an advisor to the chairman of AIG Companies in China on clean technology investment strategies. Ray holds a BS in Conservation Resource Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Georgetown University.
