Alex Castillo serves as a thought partner to current FUSE fellows, while also helping encourage and promote alumni in their ongoing endeavors. Previously, Alex served as a FUSE executive fellow for Los Angeles, where he helped the Los Angeles Public Library design and launch the New Americans Initiative, a comprehensive immigrant integration program for the nation’s largest library system.
Alex is also a senior strategy consultant who works with executive-level clients in the nonprofit and public sectors. He has three decades of experience in global consumer products, entertainment, and the public sector. He holds a B.A. in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
