Della Williams currently serves as a thought partner to current FUSE fellows, while also helping encourage and promote alumni in their ongoing endeavors. Della is also a project management consultant and owns Rosalie’s Daughter Home Advantage LLC, a real estate investment firm that buys, renovates and rents quality homes to HCV (formerly Section 8) families and advocates for foundation-building resources and opportunities for the tenants.
She served as a Fellow with the Pittsburgh Office of the Mayor to transform public housing to better provide services for residents. She conducted a comprehensive literature review and a deep benchmarking study to develop recommendations for internal reforms aimed at improving the quality, delivery, and breadth of services offered by HACP.
Prior to serving as an Executive Fellow for Fuse, Della spent more than 20 years in IT consulting, most of which she spent at IBM, working across three continents. She has managed complex, multi-million dollar IT projects within various industries and provided global information technology services to outsourced clients.
Della has a demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary and international teams in complex environments. Della earned her BA and Masters in Library Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
