Della Williams serves as a thought partner to current FUSE fellows, while also helping encourage and promote alumni in their ongoing endeavors. Previously, she served as a FUSE executive fellow in Pittsburgh’s Mayor’s Office. Della has more than 20 years of experience in IT consulting, most of which she spent at IBM, and has worked on three continents. She has managed complex, multimillion dollar IT projects in various industries and provided global information technology services to outsourced clients. Della has a demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary and international teams in complex environments. She is also a project management consultant and owns Rosalie’s Daughter Home Advantage, a real estate investment firm that buys, renovates, and rents quality homes to HCV (formerly Section 8) families, and also advocates for foundation-building resources and opportunities for the tenants. Della earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in library science from the University of Pittsburgh.
