As a Recruiting Manager, Erin identifies and matches FUSE executive fellows with our partner projects across the country. With more than a decade of experience as a recruiter and human resources professional, she has worked in the nonprofit, professional services, and tech sectors, and she has recruited for a wide range of roles, including finance, legal, IT, and creative.
Erin has also worked as a diversity, equity, and inclusion advocate, guiding teams to hire more diverse workforces, establish inclusive work practices, and create space for thoughtful organizational change. Outside of FUSE, she facilitates diversity and inclusion workshops on unconscious bias, identity exploration, ally skills, and inclusive leadership. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, and, with a background in the performing arts, she brings a unique combination of creativity and empathy to all of her work.
