Ranjini Govender leads the development of our government partnerships and oversees FUSE’s commitment to broadening impact through sharing and amplifying our external communications functions. Ranjini joined FUSE with nearly two decades of experience in and with government as a policy analyst, attorney, and political advocate. Most recently, Ranjini served as Executive Director of Stand for Children Massachusetts, a nonprofit advocacy group focused on highlighting inequity and proposing systemic governmental change in the public education sector.
Ranjini currently serves on the national board of the Pragathi Alliance, a nonprofit dedicated to international humanitarian work that elevates the living conditions of the world’s most vulnerable populations through education, empowerment, healthcare, clean drinking water, and sustainable food production.
Ranjini holds a doctorate in policy from Cornell University, a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor’s Degree with honors from William Smith College. Ranjini is an alumna of the Education Pioneers Fellowship program. She is committed to helping local governments better fulfill their potential for community impact.
