Reimagining Infrastructure Financing

With an outdated infrastructure that is ill equipped to serve its large and growing population, Los Angeles is in need of major public works and infrastructure development, including new roads and bridges, improving water treatment plants, revitalizing open spaces, and repairing waterways. Because the high demand for such projects significantly exceeds limited public resources, the Office of the City Administrative Officer hired Korin to work with city agencies to identify and explore innovative public-private partnerships that can help finance its rapidly growing infrastructure needs.
